Myself revisited

The tea causes my reflux to act up
I'm mildly allergic to the cat
The dry, cold air affects my sinuses
And I feel cold and alone

My body lethargic and unwieldy
My mind restless—
Both unsatisfied

Surely my soul
Should be kinder to my body
